Our client, a global leading IT company, is looking for a Service Now, ITIL and ITSM Technical Writer.
Technical Writer with knowledge of ITIL processes, to work with the ITIL SME to document processes.
Technical Writer with ITIL certification and experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management
Service Now, IT Service Management(ITSM) Technical Writer
- Infrastructure Experience
- Understanding of infrastructure support
- Experience in an outsourced environment
- 5 + years in writing ITIL and delivery process documentation
- Visio and flowcharting experience
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Tools & Integration w/ process alignment, Automated Alerts
- Working knowledge of Service Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Continual Improvement, Financial Management, Availability Management, Event Management, Capacity & Performance Management, Evaluation Management, Demand Management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Tools & Integration w/ process alignment as it relates to Release / Deployment, Change Management, Capacity & Performance Management, Demand Management, Event Management
